No matter how precisely a client trains, suboptimal nutrition limits recovery, body composition, and long-term results. As an AURUM coach you don't prescribe diets — but you must understand the fundamentals to educate, guide, and refer appropriately.

This module covers energy balance, macronutrient roles, nutrient timing around sessions, and practical strategies for building sustainable habits without fad-diet thinking.
